1. Introduction

BridGIT, operated by GIT and The Moe's Craft, offers web design and development services to small businesses. Our role is to connect businesses with our web design partner, The Moe's Craft, to facilitate the creation of an online presence to ultimately connect you with potential customers for your business.

2. Services Provided

  • One-Page Presence on BridGIT: A basic web page hosted on the BridGIT section of gitrading24.com.

  • Personalized Websites: Custom-designed websites created by Moe's Craft tailored to your business needs.

3. Role of BridGIT, GIT, and The Moe's Craft

  • BridGIT acts as a facilitator connecting businesses with web design services provided by The Moe's Craft.

  • GIT is not responsible for the web design work or the final product delivered by The Moe's Craft.

  • The Moe's Craft is responsible for the design and development of the website as agreed upon in the project proposal.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Project Scope: Provide clear and detailed information about your requirements and expectations.

  • Content: Supply all necessary content, including text, images, and other media, in a timely manner.

  • Feedback: Provide timely feedback during the design and development process.

5. Payment Terms

  • One-Page Presence on BridGIT: Payment is due upon agreement and prior to the page being published.

  • Personalized Websites: Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal provided by The Moe's Craft. Typically, this includes a deposit and milestone payments.

6. Revisions and Approvals

  • One-Page Presence: Includes up to two revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

  • Personalized Websites: The number of revisions will be specified in the project proposal. Any additional revisions beyond the agreed number may result in extra charges.

7. Delivery and Timelines

  • One-Page Presence: Typically delivered within 7-14 business days after receipt of all required content and payment.

  • Personalized Websites: Timelines will be specified in the project proposal. Delays caused by the client (e.g., late content submission) may extend the delivery date.

8. Intellectual Property

  • One-Page Presence: Content provided by the client remains the client's intellectual property. The page layout and design remain the property of GIT.

  • Personalized Websites: Ownership of the website and its content will be transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the project proposal.

9. Confidentiality

  • Both GIT and The Moe's Craft will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and project details.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • GIT and The Moe's Craft act solely as facilitators in providing web design services.

  • GIT and The Moe's Craft are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise after the website is delivered and operational.

  • The client acknowledges that GIT and Moe's Craft are not responsible for ongoing website maintenance or any issues arising from the use of the website post-delivery, unless a separate maintenance agreement is in place.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from these terms or related to the services provided will be resolved through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Changes to Terms

  • GIT reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of BridGIT services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
