Coverage: This warranty provided by GIT.LLC covers all defects in materials or workmanship on select GIT.LLC branded products when properly installed according to the provided instructions. However, please note that certain exclusions apply, as outlined in the TEN YEAR Warranty section below. Additionally, this warranty does not extend to any products originating from GIT.LLC direct or indirect subsidiaries.
Duration: The warranty remains in effect for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the vehicle on which the product is installed. It is important to note that the warranty will expire if the product is removed from the original vehicle or if the original vehicle undergoes a change in ownership. Please be aware that this warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser.
Implications: Alongside the explicit warranty coverage mentioned above, any implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, also remain in effect for the same duration as specified in the original retail purchase.
Please keep in mind that GIT.LLC reserves the right to assess and determine the presence of defects in materials or workmanship. This determination will be made following examination of the product in question, and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with the terms and conditions of the warranty.
